The Jollère Campsite is nestled in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park, in the Auvergne-Sancy massif (Puy-de-Dôme department).
You are 40 minutes from the city of Clermont-Ferrand, 35 minutes from Vulcania, 15 minutes from La Bourboule and 20 minutes from the village of Mont-Dore (Puy de Sancy).

FAQ various questions
The following payment methods are accepted:
- Cash
- Credit cards
- Bare pitches: arrival after 3 p.m., departure before 12 noon.
- Rental properties: arrival after 3 p.m., departure before 10 a.m.
No, but tethering from a smartphone works very well with all operators.
Pets are only allowed on bare pitches, with a maximum of two per pitch. They must be vaccinated, kept on a lead and their waste must be collected. Category 1 and 2 dogs are prohibited.
Animals are not permitted in the rental properties.
No, charging electric cars is not permitted at the campsite. You will find charging stations within a 10- to 15-minute radius of the campsite.
Yes, a washing machine is available on site (4€ per wash). Detergent is not provided.
The campsite has been awarded 2 stars in the official Atout France classification.
No, our campsite does not have a swimming pool. However, there are several ponds and lakes within 15 to 30 minutes’ reach where you can enjoy swimming.
No, our mobile homes are not equipped with televisions. Simply look out of the window or admire the surrounding landscapes to more than make up for this.
Our mobile homes are not equipped with air conditioning. The climate of the region, at an altitude of 900 meters, means that this is not necessary.
Our mobile homes are equipped with auxiliary heating for cooler evenings. Our accommodation is well insulated and adapted to the region’s climate.
Gas and electric barbecues are permitted.
Yes, toilet paper is not provided in the toilets.
